Gresham Gardens is a new build development consisting of twelve luxury apartments. The works also included the construction of the parking area, equipped with electric vehicle charging, and landscaped private gardens designed by RHS Gold Medal winning designer Joe Perkins. PierceHill were also engaged as Contract Administrator for this project.
